Job Description: We're on the lookout for a skilled Metal Finisher to join our team in our air conditioned building. As a Metal Finisher, you'll be responsible for refining and enhancing the appearance and quality of our metal components. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the rigorous standards we set for ourselves and our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize a range of metal finishing techniques, including grinding, polishing, sanding, and deburring, to refine metal surfaces.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts to identify and correct imperfections and irregularities.
- Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment essential for metal finishing processes.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines and uphold quality benchmarks.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

- Three years of previous experience as a Metal Finisher or in a related role.
- Proficiency in various metal finishing techniques and tools.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to undertake tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to excel both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
