School Based Mental Health Rehabilitation

**School Based Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist I, II, III**

One (1)/Full-Time/40hrs/Non-Exempt/$27.30 - $29.40 per hour (DOE)

Pay differentials offered - must qualify through testing or verification for the following special competencies.

Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish ($1.00 per hour)

Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)

Redwood Community Services is currently seeking a Mental Health Rehab Specialist (MHRS). Assists clients at Lucerne Elementary School District with meeting their behavioral health goal by providing one-on-one and group behavioral support services to students (and their families) as identified by Lucerne Elementary School District.

**Classifications and Qualifications for MHRS**:

- MHRS I: Associate degree +6 years experience in the Mental Health field
- MHRS II: Bachelor's degree +4 years experience in the Mental Health field
- MHRS III: Master's degree +2 years experience in the Mental Health field

**Must be able to provide written verification of education and experience upon hire**. Prior experience of Experiential Learning, and group facilitation are preferred, not required. Bilingual preferred, not required.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI. CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
