**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team at Emerald Tea Supply Company. The Delivery Driver will play a key role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of cannabis products to our customers, while upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Safely and efficiently transport cannabis products to customers' locations in accordance with delivery schedules and routes provided.
- Ensure accurate and complete order fulfillment, including verifying orders and obtaining necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery interactions, answering any questions and addressing concerns as needed.
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures while operating company vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, including regular inspection and maintenance as required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage logs, delivery times, and any incidents or issues encountered during delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads as needed.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is a plus.
