As a **New Home Warranty Administrator **at **Ryan Homes**, a brand of NVR, your administrative support and attention to detail will be a valuable addition to our homebuilding division office. You will coordinate between various members of our division team as well as vendors and homebuyers and be a true asset to help new construction homebuilding operation..

**What you will be doing**:

- Daily communication with internal warranty staff and division management team
- Maintain effective working relationships with subcontracting vendors and customers
- Oversee warranty related requests, new homeowner packets and accounts payable processes for warranty department
- Monitor and tracking of new, existing and closing of warranty tickets
- Report generation and communication with Division Management Team
- Response and resolution to timely feedback from customers

**Qualified applicants have**:

- Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organizational skills required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience within the homebuilding industry is a plus
