**Job Overview**:
Oversee all areas of the Repair Department. the repair supervisor is responsible for the administration of the employees, production and processes of Economy Coating Systems, INC. repair Department ensuring that all employees recieive the proper training and understand, and abide by all QA procedure, Company Polices, and Safety Policies and procedure. He/She will report any issues to the Plant Manager and any Quality issues to the Director of QA. The supervisor MUST have the knowledge and skill not only to preform high quality work but also to teach the repair employees a more efficient and perhaps safer way to preform their daily tasks.

**Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and mechanical techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Schedule and assign daily tasks
- Communicate effiecently with switch and other staff
- Inspect all installed parts and welds.
- Perform in-process inspections throughout the production line.
- Assist HR department with reviews and progress reports.

**Requirements**:
5 years of railcar repair, mechanical and wedling and fabrication work experience

Shall be capable of successfully completing the following trainings and become qualified in the following areas.
- Visual Inspector Level II
- Bubble Leak Tech Level II
- Dye Penetrant Level II
- Mag Particle Level II
- UT technician Level II
- Air Brake Technician
- In-House CWI
- Qualified in all ECS welding procedures
