**Responsibilities**:

- Promote AllStarRecords products and brand through various marketing activities
- Sell merchandise and generate sales by effectively communicating the value of our products
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials to potential customers
- Create buzz and excitement around AllStarRecords through grassroots marketing efforts
- Represent the company at local events, concerts, and community gatherings
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative promotional strategies

**Requirements**:

- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Reside in Las Vegas, NV
- Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and able to engage with diverse audiences
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation:

- Hourly wage: $12.00, with potential for commission + tips based on sales performance
- Transportation and meals provided during promotional activities
