Entry Level Bookkeeper

- Maintaining intercompany transfers,
- Maintaining donations,
- Completing bank reconciliations for all accounts,
- Reconciling credit card statements,
- Maintaining accounts receivable and payables hard files, and
- Project - cost tracking,
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Quick-learner.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position is full-time, Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.); location is Valparaiso, Indiana. Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability. 401(k) opportunity is available.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
