The Trust is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our team as Data Analyst This role will work with staff, partners, and members to achieve operational excellence by utilizing data analytics to enhance service delivery, operations, and engagement with our members.

**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Ensures optimal functionality of CRM system and makes recommendations for system process enhancements as needed.
- Works closely with Operations, Engagement, and Service teams and partners to understand business needs; defines, designs, and delivers Dynamics solutions to meet business objectives.
- Collaborates with Trust and NFLPA IS team to establish data elements, sources, and relationships.
- Develops scalable Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.
- Identifies and prioritizes Power BI reporting requirements from business resources across Service, Engagement, and Executive teams.
- Leads and facilitates information gathering sessions to validate business cases and define requirements.
- Creates and maintains documentation of data dictionary, data models, and available reports.
- Provides primary and first level of support for Trust end users; troubleshoots issues and works with development resources to ensure proper resolution where necessary.
- Conducts end user training; creates training materials and documentation to ensure consistent data entry practices and compliance with organizational processes and protocols.
