We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at TCMA Urgent Care. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in promoting our services and increasing brand awareness in the community. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare marketing to contribute to the growth and success of our clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote clinic services and events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results and ROI.
- Coordinate and attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to represent the clinic.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials align with clinic branding and messaging.
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for healthcare and helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
