**Hydra Health Retail Associate**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide engaging customer experience from start to finish
- Make recommendations to customers and understand the sales process
- Continually restock products, manage inventory and circulate store to provide help
- Have comprehensive understanding of all tech systems (POS and Speakers) and an ability to troubleshoot common issues
- Follow loss prevention policies and escalation protocols
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in sensitive hospital setting
- Promptly address customer issues and deescalate tense interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Common area cleaning including surfaces, floors, respite rooms, stock room, and more

**Skills Needed**
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Process transactions swiftly and accurately
- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long duration of time
- Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 20lbs
- Commitment to the highest standards of cleanliness
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as a cohesive team and demonstrate integrity and dependability

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
