We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk and Receptionist. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations both in the front office and behind the scenes.

Job Responsibilities:

- ** Accounting Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents promptly.
- Communicate with customers and vendors in a courteous and professional manner to resolve issues and reconcile accounts.
- Work closely with the Controller team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.

**Receptionist Duties**:

- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and screen incoming calls and respond to inquiries or route calls to the appropriate individual.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments or meetings as needed.

**General Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to various departments within the company as required.
- Assist with special projects, reports, or tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP software, Net Suite Experience a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
