- Proven experience as a Framer or similar role in the construction industry

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with various construction materials and their properties
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Skills**:

- Experience in drywall installation and repair
- Welding skills for metal fabrication projects
- Proficiency in operating power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns
- Knowledge of masonry techniques for bricklaying or stone installation
- Familiarity with concrete forming methods for foundations or slabs
- Ability to interpret schematics for metal building erection projects
