Deli Associate

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their deli orders
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and package deli products such as sandwiches, salads, and meats
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper storage of perishable items

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a deli or food service setting is preferred but we will train
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
