Maintenance/cleaning/custodial Lead

**BASE SCHEDULE**:

- Schedule can vary AM and PM shifts depending on needs of facility. Would prefer 3-11PM
- Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)
- Overtime opportunities available
- Schedule flexibility a MUST

**SKILLS**:

- Knowledge of modern facility technology and systems
- Hands-on experience in building operations, maintenance, cleaning
- Management and supervision of outside vendors and trades
- Experience with inventory and ordering
- Be able to lift 50 plus pounds (move tables, chairs, and other equipment)
- Detail oriented approach to cleaning
- Be able to work and proactively accommodate any event, or cleaning needs

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure that all aspects and areas of the facility are maintained to a high level, at all times
- Preparing and/or assisting with the set-up of the facility for events, services, holidays, etc. (i.e. setup and cleanup of tables, chairs, audio/visual, and event/rental related work (private room rentals, and synagogue events)
- performing cleaning tasks to ensure the building is spotless on a day to day basis.
- Oversee, conduct and maintain the cleanliness of the facility, both interior and exterior
- Report any issues and/or concerns to Operations Manager and or President for further direction or handling
- Proactively identify issues and problems with machinery, equipment, and or building
- Monitor and maintain building inventory of necessary cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Assist with the oversight of repairs and maintenance conducted by outside vendors/trades
- Interface with membership, professional staff, and volunteer workers in a friendly, non-confrontational, but effective manner

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
