As a **Roofing Sales Representative**, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will ensure clients make informed decisions about their roofing needs while contributing to the company's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers in the designated market.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in trade shows, community events, and other promotional activities to enhance company visibility and sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales. Knowledge of roofing or construction sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter who is motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.
- Basic proficiency with CRM software, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and mobile apps.
- Physical requirements: Ability to carry and set up ladders for rooftop access. Flexibility to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and crawl on roofs.
