**About the Opportunity**:
The Source Liaison prepares accurate and complete product documents for customer inspections and ensures that customer inspections are properly coordinated and received.

**What You'll Do**:

- Responsible for preparing customer documents for source inspectors including but not limited to travelers, PO's and customer specifications
- Navigates customer platforms to deliver information and provide updates per customer requirements
- Works with multiple departments and customer representatives to coordinate inspections
- Responds to customer issues, rejections, or rework requirements that facilitates product shipments
- Performs all other duties as needed

- Effective problem solver and project manager
- High level of attention to detail, organization and accuracy
- High ethical and confidentiality standards
- Proficient with Office 365 and web portals
- Ability to work overtime

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
