**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize clinical information and analytical data for the evaluation of customer specific and overall product performance to identify and develop strategic pharmacy benefit options.
- Serve as the pharmacy SME throughout the development, implementation, and maintenance of drug solutions that align with the enterprise strategy.
- Prepare and present information to customers such as employer groups, benefit representatives, brokers, and internal account management staff to educate current pharmacy industry trends, provide solution recommendations, and address any subsequent questions or analytical requests.
- Collaborate with the appropriate leaders across the organization to identify opportunities to meet market needs and state and /or federal regulatory requirements for our customers.

Job Qualifications
- Education_
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree
- Experience_
- 1 year - Clinical experience required
- 6 years - Practical experience in a managed care environment
- Skills\Certifications_
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong strategic planning, change management, and process management skills
- License_
- Licensed in Tennessee to practice Pharmacy, or must obtain licensure in the state of Tennessee to practice Pharmacy within 120 days of hire.

Job Specific Requirements:
Employees who are required to operate either a BCBST-owned vehicle or a personal or rental vehicle for company business on a routine basis* will be automatically enrolled into the BCBST Driver Safety Program. The employee will also be required to adhere to the guidelines set forth through the program. This includes, maintaining a valid driver’s license, auto insurance compliance with minimum liability requirements; as defined in the “Use of Non BCBST-Owned Vehicle” Policy (for employees driving personal or rental vehicles only); and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR). *The definition for "routine basis" is defined as daily, weekly or at regularly schedule times.
