Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced store manager with a love for interior design and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly store sales goals and for growing store awareness on the Cape.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, merchandise, scheduling, customer service and more
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve store sales targets
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates and ideas for growth to management
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain a fresh and beautiful merchandise mix
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Network with other Cape Cod businesses

**Qualifications**:
**3+ years of retail leadership experience**

**Excellent verbal communication skills**

**Excellent sales and customer service skills**

**Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold**

**Passionate and driven to run the store like an entrepreneur**

**Love for interior design**

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and upper management
- Strong store management skills, including the ability to lead a team and make sound decisions
- Sales management experience to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse customer base (preferred)
- Proficiency in cash register operations and handling transactions accurately
- Experience in conducting interviews and recruiting new staff members
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales transactions

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Store Manager or similar role

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
