Swimming Pool Technician

Thrive Swim and Ride Shop is a full-service pool cleaning company and a pool equipment supply store opening late 2023 in the main street district of Verrado. We offer water sampling, residential pool cleaning, chemical and equipment sales, service, and repair. Thrive is seeking hardworking team members to join our pool servicing team as a Service Technician. **No experience is required**, our new technicians will be trained by our team of experienced technicians with further education opportunities to become a Certified Pool Operator within 90 days of hire.

Technicians are expected to maintain a Service Route of approximately 40-80 pools per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on swimming pools and related equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues
- Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and heaters
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Vacuum and skim pools to remove debris
- Repair or replace pool tiles, grout, and other surfaces as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

**Requirements**:

- Professionally positive attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Must be a self starter / learner
- Valid AZ Driver's License.
- Must have their own truck / vehicle for work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
