**To join this team please have the following requirements**:

- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
- No previous superivsory experience needed, we will train you
- Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, and other personnel.
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
