**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and assist a dismantling crew to meet monthly production goals with mínimal to zero damage to any components being removed
- Maintain a clean, well-organized and safe working environment at all times
- Operate equipment including loaders, fork lifts, excavators, etc for extended periods of time, constantly getting in and out of this equipment
- Performing pre and post work shift inspections, while maintaining all equipment and tooling in your department daily, informing management of any issues and maintenance performed so it may be recorded
- Rigging and pulling dead commercial vehicles with equipment to a different location
- Assisting in unloading and loading trailers with parts and vehicles
- Keeping track of supplies and informing management of items that need to be ordered
- Lead by example using proper PPE and promoting a 24/7 safety culture
- Keeping your attitude and moral positive while promoting a teamwork atmosphere

Preferred Requirements:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and prior mechanical experience required
- Advanced understanding of mechanical tools and torches
- Advanced understanding of commercial vehicles components and how they operate and work
- Punctual and dedicated to excellence
- Must be self-sufficient, capable of making decisions quickly to achieve the best outcome
- Valid Medical Card and Driver’s License
- Massachusetts Hoisting License with a minimum of 2A/1C
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to recognize and address hazards in a timely manner
- Track record of leading by example
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- A great attitude

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
