**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the designated tables, ensuring accurate and timely service.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu items to answer customer inquiries and make appropriate recommendations.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure all orders are complete and meet quality standards before delivery.
- Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for incoming customers.
- Reset tables with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments, maintaining an organized and aesthetically pleasing dining setup.
- Monitor table turnover and assist in expediting service during peak hours.
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Anticipate guest requests and promptly fulfill additional requests for items like water refills, condiments, etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces regularly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards by sanitizing tables, chairs, and all dining surfaces frequently.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to optimize workflow and streamline service.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain a smooth and efficient dining operation.
- Support colleagues during busy periods, offering assistance wherever needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the restaurant to another.
