Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the café, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Coordinate and execute catering services for events and meetings.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverage production.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and kitchen area.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to create schedules and manage payroll.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service.
- Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Bartending experience is a plus.

MUST HAVE 3 YEARS MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE
