Globally Celebrated Chef and TV Personality Scott Conant opens Mora Italian in Uptown Phoenix. Described as easy-to-love Italian food with fire power, diners can expect Conant’s go-to cooking style threaded throughout Mora Italian’s new menus, alongside wood fired pizzas. Thirsty diners will benefit from a sharp, progressive cocktail program and a thorough wine list featuring an extensive wines-by-the-glass menu.

Servers take the lead in showing true Italian hospitality from the moment that our guests arrive. We’re seeking a friendly, engaging person who is willing to learn about our culture, study our craft, and create long lasting memories with every dining experience.
- **The role of a Server**:_
- Build friendships by sharing personality with guests; know their guests’ go-to drink and favorite menu items
- Strive to go above and beyond for every guest
- Ensure all of our guests feel at home and take control of their experience
- Take part in the experience by giving the guests the inside track to our menu
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter into POS
- Anticipate guests’ needs and fulfill any additional requests and to perceive when meal has been completed for guest checkout
- Maintain a clean dining room and work area
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with guests and team
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

**Job Requirements**:
You should be a passionate, service-minded _individual_ who is inspired to provide service and perform at high level. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant. You have excellent English communication skills, and you have the desire to work as part of a team. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 pounds, and should be available to work weekends and some holidays. You must have a current Food Handler's Card or are able to obtain upon hire.
