**Job description**

**Job Tasks** (but not limited to)

Welcomes and Greets Patients/Visitors

Answering Phones

Scheduling Appointments

Checking Patients In-Out

Verification of Insurance Benefits/Referrals

Collection of Copays and Balances Owed

Document Scanning and Filing

**Requirements**:
Ability to pass a background check

Ability to pass a drug screening

Ability to Multitask/Time Management

Computer Skills (Intermediate)

Courteous Phone Manner

Detail Oriented

Eager to Learn/Train

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

Team Player and Reliable

**Experience**

Bilingual: Spanish (Preferred but not Required)

Customer Service Skills (preferred)

Receptionist Experience (preferred)

**Compensation**

Pay Rate Based on Experience

Most Federal Holidays Off

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.5 per week

Healthcare setting:

- Clinic
- Medical office
- Private practice

Medical specialties:

- Podiatry

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
