As a Spa Housekeeping Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring that our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your meticulous attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and dedication to customer service are essential in upholding our reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a full deep clean of the spa facility every morning before opening hours.
- Ensure that the spa facility, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and common areas, is impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- Perform various housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to cleaning windows, dusting, mopping, sweeping, garbage removal, and polishing stainless steel surfaces.
- Keep clean, folded towels readily available throughout the spa and in restrooms for guests' convenience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all massage rooms, toilets, sinks, and vanity areas.
- Ensure that all housekeeping supplies are adequately stocked and assist in organizing storage areas to ensure efficiency.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating and understanding various cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Promptly notify the management team of any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions requiring immediate attention.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and practices at all times to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues alike.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of spa events and parties, including arranging tables, chairs, and event equipment as needed.
- Keep exterior areas of the spa, such as sidewalks, entrances, stairwells, and lobby, presentable.
- Promptly notify the management team of any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions requiring immediate attention.
- Safeguard spa keys and maintain strict control over access
- Act as a point of contact for emergencies or security incidents during opening
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding key usage and security concerns

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the spa for prolonged periods, maintaining a neat appearance and good hygiene at all times.
- Excellent "people skills" and a team-player attitude to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Non-allergenic to chemicals or dust
- Detail-oriented, punctual, friendly, and motivated individuals who take pride in their work.

**While not required, the following preferences are desirable**
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting, to ensure familiarity with spa-specific cleaning protocols.
- Comfortability working in a Spa environment, as part of our responsibilities may involve maintaining cleanliness in the wellness rooms and other shared facilities.
- OSHA 10 Certification is advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety and compliance with industry standards.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
