Experience Canvassing Manager

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and lead a team of canvassers in door-to-door canvassing efforts
- Train canvassers on effective communication and negotiation techniques
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Oversee data collection and reporting to track progress and outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in canvassing, or sales roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to effectively market campaign initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence others

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
