**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Identify suppliers and products that complement existing product offering
- Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts with suppliers
- Support supply chain operations by monitoring inventory levels, maximizing inventory turns, eliminating obsolete inventory and maintaining a high level of service to customers
- Manage customer contracts and deviations
- Utilize ERP system for efficient food procurement
- Assist in contract negotiations with food suppliers
- Provide product specifications, availability, and pricing to the sales staff
- Coordinate logistics of inbound orders
- Effectively communicate with suppliers to address any issues regarding order fulfilment, product quality or billing
- Analyze sales and usage data to forecast demand
- Interface with management and all departments as it pertains to purchasing activities
- Coordinate marketing activities with sales department and suppliers
- Maintain accuracy of product information within ERP system
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in food service or related field preferred
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
- Understanding of supply chain management practices

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Bryan, TX 77802: Relocate before starting work (required)
