We are seeking an experienced and skilled Draftsperson to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our unique projects.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Technical Drawings: Produce detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Design Interpretation: Work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent.
- Revisions and Modifications: Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings based on feedback and project needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate design intent and resolve any design-related issues.
- Material Specification: Specify materials and components required for each project, considering factors such as strength, durability, and cost.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that drawings accurately reflect project conditions and requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Draftsperson, preferably in a fabrication, construction, or design environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of drafting principles, engineering concepts, and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of materials and fabrication processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
