Deliver our fleet of hybrid cars to our members and ride your bicycle in between jobs. You will need to bring your own bicycle but it doesn't need to fold. You may need to remove the wheel for some of our smaller sedans. Must be able to bike 5-15 miles/shift.

Current available shifts are Tues from 8am-12pm (exact timing Tues may be flexible). There may also be other shifts available to fill in for others on the team, typically on weekends maybe once a quarter. We expect ~5 hrs/week of work. This may grow into a bigger role with more hours as the company scales.

Compensation: $25/hr to start during training (W2 employee) + 25¢/hr reimbursement (for bicycle gear/maintenance). Hourly increases to $25/hr after the first four shifts with potential to go to $30/hr with experience. 1.5x pay during holidays.

Upshift is a fractional car subscription service. Members subscribe to 4-12 days/month of access time. We provide our members with one of our clean, fully fueled Toyota Corolla hybrids and Honda CRV hybrid SUVs delivered to their door on the days they need to drive somewhere. Our car memberships eliminate all the headaches of car ownership
- and reduce the number of cars on our streets. Everything is included in one fixed monthly price - insurance, delivery, parking (when not booked), and service.

You will clean, gas/charge, and deliver our hybrid and electric vehicles to our members in San Francisco and get between deliveries with your bicycle. You will be treated as a core part of our small team working directly with the CEO and head of operations and will be treated with dignity, respect, fair pay, and pathways to growth. We’re excited to get to know you

We have technology to unlock and drive our cars remotely - no meeting to exchange keys. The majority of the time you will be driving, cleaning, and biking alone. Our operations team is all fully vaccinated and boosted.

**Requirements**:

- Own a bicycle in working condition that you are comfortable and familiar with riding safely in San Francisco. Must wear a bike helmet.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Own an iPhone or Android phone with knowledge of navigation apps like Google Maps or Waze
- Outstanding communication, time management skills, and experience working on a team
- Fast and efficient with strong attention to details
- Clean driving record and familiarity driving in San Francisco
- Willingness to clean cars in the field
- Legal to work in the US
- Previous delivery experience a plus
- Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19
