**Extraction Agent**

**About the Company**

Harbor House Collective is a minority owned recreational, vertically integrated marijuana establishment involved in the cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensing of adult-use premium cannabis. HHC is a family run, seeking hard working individuals to join our growing team.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for extracts.. The Extraction Agent will work closely with extraction team members to maintain, clean, and optimize equipment within the lab space. Agents will be responsible for maintain the workflow associated with the pre-processing of cannabis material to undergo extraction. This is a full-time position with hours from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Understand and execute the solvent and solventless extraction processes and have proficient knowledge of the equipment.

2. Schedule solventless and trim wash processes, freeze-drying, pressing, and curing

3. Clean, operate, and maintain extraction equipment including Osprey, RO Systems, chillers, heaters, air compressors, freeze driers, and press.

4. Understand lab testing processes and be able to submit samples.

5. Set and maintain optimal operating conditions during runs.

6. Diagnose and fix problems related to the extraction process and equipment. Document all process variables and continually evaluate and improve processes.

7. Create new items and packages in METRC and Dutchie. Ensure all information is accurate and follow naming conventions.

8. Keep work areas clean and stocked. Participate in lab cleaning.

9. Record and track batch production. Update logs and online compliance tracking systems (METRC, Dutchie). Record and report green waste.

10. Update compliance tracking systems live to accurately reflect current state and location.

11. Promote and participate in a culture of continuous improvement. Investigate and report solutions to operational problems affecting production.

12. Perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet goals

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States, verifiable via a Federal Form 1-9
- General understanding of extracts, cannabinoids, and terpenes.
- Ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with all levels of management within a team environment on a variety of programs and schedules
- Comfortable and able to work with and around flammable liquids and pressurized equipment.
- Proficient with various extraction methods and capable of operating and maintaining extraction equipment and machinery.
- Ability to focus and remain task oriented in a laboratory setting.
- Effective at time management, detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated by accomplishment
- Ability to work well with a team and capacity to take direction.
- Familiarity with MA Cannabis Program rules and compliance regulations is preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
