Job Title: Mobile Home Park Tenant Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tenant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a mobile home park. As a Tenant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the park's properties and ensuring all residents comply with park rules and regulations.
Job Duties:
- Collecting and reporting rent payments from tenants.
- Scheduling maintenance services for homes and common areas of the park.
- Communicating with tenants to address concerns and complaints.
- Maintaining accurate records of rent and bill payments.
- Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Enforcing park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
- Managing park finances and creating reports for the park owners.
- Conducting regular inspections of homes and common areas to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Assisting with move-ins and move-outs of tenants.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation: The Tenant Manager position comes with a salary of around $10,000 per year, as well as a discounted rent for the mobile home park. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
