**Duties**:

- Providing technical expertise and development for performing Oracle database design (including data warehouse).
- Developing, optimizing and designing stored procedures using SQL and shell scripting to enhance database performance.
- Monitoring Oracle database performance and concurrency issues for the databases and data warehouse to ensure database functionality.
- Providing and developing error-handling procedures and writing scripts to automate Oracle database administrative tasks.

- One year trial/probationary period may be required.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Engineering and Technical Management certification within 36 months as of entrance on duty.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 20% of the time.
