- **About the Opportunity**:_

We are looking for an intelligent, computer savvy, people person to join our fun and friendly staff based out of our office in Burbank. The Logistics Associate will be responsible for tracking and moving our inventory, processing damaged parts returned to the office, and exchanging these parts as well as shipping GDC products to customers. The job involves heavy lifting, high-volume shipping, data entry, phones, and correspondence with customers.**Responsibilities**:_
- Process server shipments and adding components to servers as needed
- Create shipping labels and paperwork for outgoing shipments
- Packaging, including palletizing equipment
- Creating database entries and assist with managing database
- Creating paperwork for international shipments
- Tracking shipments and troubleshooting delivery problems
- Assist with processing incoming parts orders from global offices
- Assist with processing servers that are returned
- Assist with paperwork and shipping damaged/broken returned parts to global offices
- Assist with customs brokerage relationship
- Handling shipping arrangements for irregular overseas shipments
- Assist in preparation of trade show shipments
- Assist with inventory control and organization
- Track and issue production components and assist support team as needed
- **Basic required skills**:_
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Ability to lift 35 - 40 pounds
- **Education/Experience**:_
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous Logistics experience preferred
- Experience with Technology is highly preferred

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
