Work schedule varies but will most likely include dual enrollment hybrid and/or in-person statistics classes taught at high schools in the surrounding area.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Masters in mathematics or applied mathematics

OR

Bachelors in either of the above

AND

Masters in statistics, physics or mathematics education

OR

OR

The equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee.

**Desirable Qualifications**:
Experience teaching transfer-level mathematics courses, including statistics.

Experience teaching at a community college.

Experience working in a mathematics tutoring center.

Commitment to examine, reflect, and modify instructional, relational, and classroom practices in order to effectively engage and support disproportionately impacted student populations with the goal of closing equity gaps.

**Working Conditions**:
**Salary Range**: $1391.74 - $1527.30 per lecture unit rate, $1391.74 - $1527.30 per lab parity unit rate, $1113.42 - $1221.77 per lab unit rate
