Job Summary:
We are a growing window shade manufacturer in Santa Fe Springs seeking an experienced HR person or Consultant to help us with HR needs as we grow. The HR Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support regarding HR issues, hiring, dismissing employees, employee handbook, etc. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR consulting services, including but not limited to:

- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conducting training sessions on various HR topics
- Assisting with employee relations issues
- Managing recruitment and selection processes
- Administering benefits programs
- Conducting performance management activities
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to identify their HR needs and develop customized solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
- Assist with special projects as assigned

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices
- Experience with HR Systems.
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes
- Project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role or consulting capacity
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required
- Spanish Speaking - preferred

This is a part time or contract type job, which requires about 8 hours per week hybrid work, some hours on site and some hours work remote.
