**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)**

**Pay Range: $44 - $46 per hour**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN at Marysville Post Acute, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Assist in emergency response and crisis management situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
