**Results Statement**:
Your primary goal as a Plumbing Apprentice is to learn the trade and become a Plumbing Installer or Service Technician.

**Tactical Work**:

- Assist lead plumbing technician in all jobs; be efficient and accurate.
- Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
- Demonstrate you are professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Assist in properly staging jobs; adhering to quality checklist.
- Support lead plumbing technician in maintaining a clean, organized job site and accurate truck inventory.
- Participate actively in all on-the-job training and formal exercises to master the trade.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork.

**Physical Demands**:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, around fumes and toxic chemicals, outside and inside. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Frequent districtwide travel. Requires local travel as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Plumbing experience (preferred)
- Must be able to work in both supervised and unsupervised environment
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
- Must be over 18
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check
