**Role Description**:
This fractional contract role calls for a proactive strategy in identifying prospects, creating a lead database, establishing new customer networks, and handling transactions within the dynamic healthcare environment of Boca Raton. Your contributions will significantly influence the quality of healthcare in Boca Raton, a city celebrated for its unique and forward-thinking medical scene.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and business growth.
- Expertise in the sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, and deal closure.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Autonomous, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience highly regarded.
- Skilled in CRM software and analytics to enhance sales performance.
