Job Title: Team Member

**Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their orders
- Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Assist with cleaning dishes
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
- Promote sales by suggestive selling and upselling

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Culinary training or education is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

**Skills**:

- Food preparation: Ability to assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Help: Willingness to assist customers and team members with various tasks as needed.
- Food service: Knowledge of proper food service techniques, including portion control, presentation, and customer interaction.
- Aloha POS: Familiarity with operating the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software.
- Math: Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling, calculating change, and order processing.
- Culinary: Understanding of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bussing: Experience in clearing tables, cleaning dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Sales: Ability to promote sales through suggestive selling techniques.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
