**Job Description Summary**

The RN plans, organizes and directs behavioral health care, and plans and directs services to meet the needs of patients and their families within their homes and communities.

**Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities**
- Assesses and evaluates behavioral health patient’s status.
- Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Provides health care instructions to the patient & family
- Completes, maintains and submits accurate and relevant clinical notes in electronic EMR
- Works in cooperation with the family/caregiver

**Position Qualifications**
- CA RN License
- CPR certification
- CA Driver License

Pay: $54.00 - $58.00 per hour
