Job Title: Treatment Coordinator

**Position: Treatment Coordinator/Intake Representative/Head of Sales**

**Location: Moorestown, NJ**

**Job Summary**:
As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient support to individuals seeking mental health, pain management and IV nutrition services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for conducting intake assessments, gathering necessary information, and coordinating their journey into our clinic. Your empathetic nature, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring a seamless and supportive intake process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential patients through CRM based tools & follow up with potential patients.
- Conduct intake assessments over the phone or in person, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills to gather necessary information to schedule a patient.
- Be able to discuss key points in an educated manner to patients who have an interest in services offered at our facility.
- Have ability to use software based CRM tools to track potential patients, contact and follow up with them.
- Assist clients in understanding the services offered, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Accurately record and update client information in our electronic database.
- Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and maintaining an organized intake schedule.
- Provide support to clients by explaining facility policies, procedures, and treatment expectations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions for clients from the intake process to the appropriate clinical services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Psychology, social work, counseling, or a related medical field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, sales or a healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources is desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and empathize with clients is key to success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate the ability to be consistent as a part of best practices of a healthcare office.
- Be able to be quick, precise and clear on calls → be able to redirect a conversation.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

RestoratIV Wellness and Infusion Center in Moorestown, NJ provides IV infusions for the treatment of various conditions, including mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD and certain types of chronic pain, in addition to IV nutrition treatments.

Dr. Sam Dasgupta and his team treat a wide range of mental health and pain conditions from depression and anxiety to obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and PTSD, and provide second opinions for patients with complex, treatment-resistant conditions. We are a ketamine infusion clinic offering innovative cutting-edge treatment, embracing innovations in mental health treatment based on the latest research on the use of psychadelics for patients who have struggled to find relief using more traditional medications and treatments. Ketamine assisted psychotherapy is additionally made available to patients who wish to pursue a blended treatment option.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
