Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot inventory management issues using our inventory system.
- Issue / track purchase orders, handle vendor invoices, and oversee the receiving of merchandise.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
- Complete required online training courses for our software systems in a timely manner.
- Review website content, product listings, pricing, and promotions for accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance
- Provide customer support for online inquiries and issues
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting software and general ledger reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and bank reconciliation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
