Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with chemicals and coatings
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in floor coatings or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of machining techniques for surface preparation
- Ability to operate a forklift for materials handling
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Painting or Floor Coating: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Pewaukee, WI 53072 (required)
