**BDC Representative Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate proficiency with all aspects of inbound, outbound, and chat appointment scheduling across various dealership clients and using multiple scheduling platforms and client-provided guidelines.
- Develop a specialization in one or more key client accounts to deliver elite customer service that exceeds client expectations
- Conduct business-to-business sales cold calls to various dealership in order to schedule demonstrations of Call Control's services.
- Understand Call Control’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to consistently meet and exceed all required metrics and quotas necessary to achieve company productivity standards
- Assist with maintenance of internal customer database and keeping contact information up to date
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control leadership
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from work
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures
- Follow all in-house code of conduct rules, including dress code
- Assist training team with shadowing and role playing as needed
