**Requirements of Real Estate Agent**: A Michigan real estate license. Coldwell Banker Schmidt real estate agent training. Must be 18.

**Responsibilities of Real Estate Agent**: Prospect for new business daily. Attend in office coaching, training, and sales meetings. Real Estate agents must be willing to work flexible hours.
