**Job Summary**:
In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with a range of automotive products, ensuring their proper handling, storage, and distribution. Your attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures will be critical in maintaining our high standards of organization and accuracy. Furthermore, you'll be an integral part of our mission to deliver top-notch service to our customers, contributing to the overall success of both our company and the automotive businesses we support. This position will include driving a company vehicle within company grounds, with occasional need to fulfill local customer's orders.

**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Receive incoming shipments of auto parts
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of received parts against packing slips or invoices
- Label and tag parts with appropriate information
- Update inventory records using computerized systems
- Unpack and organize parts in designated storage areas
- Pick and pack orders for delivery to customers or other departments
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport auto parts to customers or between warehouse locations.
- Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
- Load and unload auto parts from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Verify the accuracy of delivered orders with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
- Required frequently: Standing, walking, sitting, stooping, squatting, reaching below, at, and above shoulder level may be required. Push/pull, lift parts up to 60 lbs.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to successfully pass additional screenings such as Background Check, Drug Testing and Motor Vehicle Report.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or automotive environment preferred.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently.
- Attention to detail in order picking, packing, and labeling.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Forklift certified preferred - must be willing to obtain company sponsored certification
- Physical Fitness:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy auto parts.
- Stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Teamwork:

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Cooperation with other warehouse associates and coordination with different departments.
- Initiative:

- Proactive attitude in identifying and addressing warehouse efficiency improvements.
- Reliability:

- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to ensure a smooth flow of warehouse operations.
