**SUMMARY**:
Responsible for dealing electronic table games accurately and in a professional, proficient manner according to policies and procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following:

- Protects and controls specific station assigned.
- Conducts the station in accordance with policies and procedures, notifying Slot Supervisor of any irregularities.
- Advises Slot Supervisor of any player disputes or issues that may arise during the game.
- Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.
- Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a good gaming experience, and notifying Slot Supervisor of any guest needs, i.e., cocktails, host service, etc.
- Understands and promotes departmental and property-wide promotions.
- Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:
High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Basic knowledge of all current house procedures required.

**SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

This position requires a Level 2 Gaming License.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.
