We are currently seeking a passionate and artistic Mixologist to join our dynamic team and elevate our beverage service to new heights.

As our Mixologist, you will be the maestro of mixology, the architect of taste, and the innovator of libations. Your role will revolve around creating extraordinary cocktail experiences for our clients' diverse events, ranging from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, knowledge of spirits, and skill in blending flavors to craft not just drinks but memories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute an innovative cocktail menu that complements the theme and atmosphere of each event.
- Source the freshest and highest quality ingredients, keeping up with the latest trends in the beverage industry.
- Prepare infusions, syrups, and other cocktail components from scratch, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional service to guests, offering recommendations and personalizing drinks to their preferences when appropriate.
- Conduct tastings and mixology workshops for clients, as needed, to finalize event beverage selections.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless integration of the beverage service with the overall event plan.
- Manage the bar inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and accounted for before and after events.
- Train and supervise support staff in proper bartending techniques and customer service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mixologist or bartender, preferably with a background in catering and events.
- Proficient in classic cocktail recipes as well as innovative mixology trends.
- Exceptional knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, including pairings and proper serving techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and enhance their event experience.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Adept at multitasking and time management, with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
- A valid alcohol server's license or certification, if required by state law.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- A flair for showmanship and the ability to perform bar tricks is a plus.
- Experience in menu development and costing.
- Comfortable with public speaking and conducting educational sessions.
