**What You Will Receive**
- Work as an Independent Contractor - part-time or full-time - on your own schedule.

**Responsibilities**
- Executes on-site job requirements.
- Answers customers’ questions to the best of his/her ability
- Cleans up job site after each job is completed
- Pulls inventory as needed to complete jobs
- Comes prepared with tools and equipment needed to complete the work.
- Prepares various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary
- Mixes, matches, and blends various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties. Caulks, putties, cements or plasters holes and cracks
- Paints using brush, roller, spray gun or another applicator
- Prepares wall and hangs paper or other wall covering material
- Evaluates customer requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer

**Requirements**:

- Be at least **18 years of age**:

- Have at least one year of painting experience
- Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
- Must have active contractor license and general liability insurance
- Must pass screening process which include background checks
- Knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment and supplies used in the residential/commercial paint field
- Ability to learn and teach new processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, customers, and the general public

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Experience**
- 1+ years’ of painting experience required

**Job Type**: Part-time/ Full-time

**License**: Driver’s License and insurance
